One of the two pools is heated (subject to dates and temperature), there are two lighted tennis courts, barbecue grills, shuffle-board, a clubhouse, and is within close proximity to both family and fine-dining restaurants and an array of shopping along Scenic-30A.  Picturesque Deer Lake State Park is a little to the east and has 1700-acres of old, unmarked hiking trails, plus 172-acres of beach and lake areas. 

One can fish at nearby Eastern Lake and there is also a boat-ramp making it a perfect location for for kayaking and canoeing.
