The property provides for a great deal of room, both inside and out.  Enjoy the lake breezes across the open patios and don't forget the spectacular sunsets from this superb vantage point.

The living area is open and spacious and provides for wonderful views through the multiple patio doors.  There's a flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa.  

The kitchen overlooks the living area and has all modern appliances and new cabinets.  There is seating for two at the breakfast bar, a dining area that accommodates six, plus an additional dining area on the enclosed porch with seating for six.  There is a full-sized washer and dryer off the hallway.

The spacious master bedroom accommodates a king-sized bed, plus a day bed (providing two twin mattresses), and a private bathroom. 

The second-bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and half-bathroom.. 

The third-bedroom has two twin beds and access to the full hallway bathroom.

There's an enclosed patio, again with terrific views.  There is also a small dock, and a boat launch just up the street.  A canoe is provided for your boating pleasure and additional canoe and kayak rentals are available throughout 30A.
