Capistrano - 101 (sleeps 4-6) is a deluxe ground-floor, 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit.  Walk directly from your patio to the beach access stairs, or just sit and enjoy the view from the outdoor deck area.  The bedrooms have a king bed and a queen-sized bed, and there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living-room.  The kitchen area has a breakfast bar and separate dining-area.  Washer/Dryer.  Cable TV/VCR.

Capistrano - 301 (sleeps 6-8) is on the third-floor, a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom unit, which includes a loft comprising a master-suite with a king-sized bed.  The loft area provides for a private bathroom with shower.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bathroom with bath/shower, and the third bedroom has twin beds and access to the hallway bathroom with a shower.  There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living-room.  The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats three and the dining table accommodates 6.  Washer/Dryer.  Cable TV/VCR/DVD.
