Spring commences March 1 until prior to Memorial Weekend.
Summer runs from Memorial Weekend to mid-August.
Labor Day rates are the same as spring-break rates.

• Guests 25-years and younger are not permitted unless accompanied by one parent/legal guardian for every two guests 25-years and younger.  Chaperoned groups are not permitted.

• Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 pm Central time and check-out is no later than 10:00 am Central time, unless previous arrangements have been made.  

• A refundable security deposit is required in advance to hold your reservation.  Full payment is due 10-business days prior to your stay.

• Linens and towels are provided.  We recommend you bring beach towels as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the condo. 

• Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. Emergency Services may issue a mandatory evacuation notice if hurricanes or other severe weather conditions occur.  Accommodation refunds will be pro-rated from the time of your departure.
