Lap of Luxury is conveniently tucked away at the far end of the events plaza (as pictured to the right) yet remains within easy walking distance of the many terrific boutiques and restaurants.  To reach the beach, just take a stroll down the walking trail to one of three beach access paths.  One of the pools is directly out of the back door and golf is available at the nearby Santa Rosa Country Club, or drive 7-miles to Sandestin and choose from a multitude of courses.

The spacious ground-floor living area offers two distinct seating areas, one at the front of the house and one at the rear with the kitchen separating the two.  The  front seating area has a sofa that folds-out to a queen sleeper sofa.

The large kitchen is well-stocked and has all modern appliances.  A full-size washer and dryer are provided off the hallway.

The dining area sits off the kitchen with seating for four and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar for three.

The roomy master suite offers a king bed, TV, private balcony overlooking the pool, a bathroom with jetted tub and separate, oversized, walk-in shower.

The second bedroom holds a queen bed and has its own full bathroom and TV.

The third-floor of the house contains a loft area with two twin beds.

A screened porch resides at the rear of the house.

There's a park-like setting in front of the property with walking trails and plenty of room to play ball.
