The living-room is equipped with cable TV/VCR/DVD and a selection of videos, CD/tape player and board games.  Access to a side-patio with grill and outdoor shower.  The cottage has ceramic floor-tile throughout.  The sofa can be converted into a queen-sized sleeper-sofa.

The kitchen is well-stocked and fully-equipped with all modern appliances and a large utility room with a washer/dryer.

The dining table seats six and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar for three.

There's also a private side porch, perfect for outside dining. A charcoal grill is provided.  The roof-top deck is accessed from this porch and there's also an outdoor shower.

The master-bedroom has a king-bed a private bathroom with double vanities and a TV.

The second bedroom has a queen-bed.

The third bedroom has two twin beds.

There is a boat-ramp accessing Eastern Lake just down the street from the cottage and canoes or kayaks can be rented throughout 30A.
