Guests 25-years and younger are not permitted unless accompanied by a parent/legal guardian for every two guests under the age of 25-years. Chaperoned grouped are not permitted.

Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 pm Central time and check-out is no later than 10:00 am Central time, unless previous arrangements have been made.

An advance payment equal to 50% of the total amount due is required within 10-days of booking in order to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 30-days prior to your check-in date.

Linens and towels are provided. We suggest you bring beach towels as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the cottages.
