A Step from the Beach is professionally furnished and has all the comforts of home, plus custom-made furniture and antiques.  There is assigned parking for two cars plus two additional parking spaces used on a first-come basis. Charcoal grills are provided around the parking area.

The living-area is on the 2nd-floor where you can take advantage of the Gulf-views from the adjoining furnished balcony.

The kitchen is fully-stocked and has all modern appliances. There is a stackable washer/dryer in a hallway closet on the ground-floor level.   The dining table seats six and there is additional seating at the breakfast-bar for two.

There is a king-bedroom on the ground-floor level with private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. All beds have pillow top mattresses and down pillows, TV & VCR or DVD in every bedroom.  This bedroom also has a small refrigerator.

The second-bedroom is also on the ground-floor and has two queen beds and a private bathroom.

The third-bedroom is on the second-floor and has a queen-bed and close access to the hallway bathroom.

The spacious fourth-bedroom (600-sq.ft) is on the third floor with a king-bed, private bathroom, small refrigerator and private balcony with Gulf-views.

The balconies are furnished and offer additional outdoor dining space where you can sit and savor the view.
